Alpha is for anyone interested in discovering what Christianity is all about. It's a safe place where you can come and relax, eat, share thoughts and explore the meaning of life.

Contagious Christians

Positive Parenting Course

A small group for parents of children from birth to 10 years who want to enjoy bringing up their children and get the best out of family life.

• Increase confidence in your parenting
• Boost self-esteem in yourselves and your children

• Share successes and failures in a warm, supportive environment
• Learn strategies to cope with difficult behaviour
• Improve communication within the family
• Put the fun back into playtime with your children

The Marriage Course

How to build a strong and healthy marriage that lasts a lifetime...
The Marriage Course is designed for any married couple wishing to build a strong and lasting relationship. Topics covered include:

• Recognising each other's needs
• The art of communication
• Resolving conflict
• Relating to parents and in-laws
• Good sex
• Having fun together

Each couple's privacy is respected as there is no group discussion and no requirement to disclose anything about their relationship to anyone else. The course, while based on Christian principles, is very helpful for any couple with or without a Christian faith or church background.

The course runs for 8 evening sessions and consists of candlelit dinner for two along with a multimedia teaching presentation and time for private discussion.
