Who's who at Mount Pleasant
Our church is led by the Ministers, Elders and Deacons. The Ministers share the general oversight of the church with the Elders and have primary responsibility for leading worship, preaching and pastoral care. Deacons are responsible for specific areas of church life.

Senior Minister and Team Leader
Paul is called to serve the church in leadership, to lead the Elders and Deacons and has overall responsibilities in the following areas:
- Worship and preaching
- Vision and strategy
- Pastoral care
Assistant Minister
Micky has oversight in the areas of:
- Nurture and Teaching
- Youthwork
Open Door Community Shop Manager
Jane works part-time as the manager of The Open Door Community Shop.
Open Door Community Worker
Keith is responsible for developing links with the community and coordinating activities and events within the Open Door Centre.
Youth Worker in Training
Fran is responsible for coordinating all of our activities for young people aged 10 to 18.
