Friday Women's Group
Our Friday Group has been established for many years, earlier meeting in members' homes but now in the church meeting room each Friday (during term time), at 9.45 until 11.15 am. The group consists of women of all ages. We study God's word using various study guides including 'Know Your Bible' books and 'Spring Harvest' material.
On the first Friday of each month we dedicate the morning to prayer and intercession for the world, the church and each other. The group is very supportive and loving. God speaks to us each week in very powerful ways, helping us to live our lives worthy of Him. We all feel that our Friday mornings are very special and are able to learn so much from each other's experiences.

Men's Bible Study
The men's Bible study group meets fortnightly on Saturday mornings for Bible study and fellowship. More details coming soon.
Small Groups
We encourage membership of small fellowship 'Small Groups', to enable those who attend to:
- Study the word of God in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
- Pray for each other and those who are known to them.
- Share in supportive fellowship.
- Grow together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Mount Pleasant Small Groups take place on different nights during the week and in different homes around the town. Small groups are great places to meet new Christians, be encouraged in our walk with Christ, enjoy friendship and fellowship, and learn more about God.
Each small groups meets on a particular evening on the first and third weeks of each month. Most evenings are dedicated to study, thought from time to time an evening might be more social; a time to relax with each other or to do something different. Some small groups also meet on the fifth Wednesday.
For those who evening meetings are not convenient there is also an afternoon small group that meets on Wednesdays at 2.30 pm, and our youth house group for younger members of our congregation.
